All payments on our platform are securely processed by Paddle, our trusted payment partner and Merchant of Record. This means that when you make a purchase, Paddle manages the transaction, billing, and any refund requests.
If you are a consumer, you may be eligible to request a refund within 14 days of your purchase or subscriptionrenewal, in line with applicable consumer protection laws.
All refund requests are handled directly by Paddle. They review each request in accordance with their Buyer Terms and determine the outcome, including eligibility and timelines.
Witzo does not process or make decisions regarding refunds.
