White Label & Branding
White Label allows you to customize your chat widget with your own branding, providing a seamless experience for your customers. Instead of displaying the Witzo brand, you can present the widget as part of your own product or website.
White Label is available on the Enterprise plans.
Overview
With White Label enabled, you can personalize the widget to match your company's identity. This includes replacing branding elements such as your logo, assistant name, and widget colors, allowing the chat widget to blend naturally with your website or application.
What You Can Customize
| Feature | Supported |
|---|---|
| Remove Witzo branding | ✅ |
| Custom assistant name | ✅ |
| Custom widget logo | ✅ |
| Custom primary color | ✅ |
| Custom welcome message | ✅ |
What's Not Changed
White Label customizes only the customer-facing interface. It does not modify the underlying platform or service infrastructure.
The following remain unchanged:
- Backend services
- Hosting infrastructure
- API endpoints
- System-generated emails (unless separately customized)
- Legal agreements and platform documentation
Best Practices
To create a professional branded experience, we recommend the following:
- Use your official company logo.
- Choose colors that align with your brand guidelines.
- Give your AI assistant a recognizable and friendly name.
- Write a concise welcome message for visitors.
- Test your widget on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices before publishing.
Legal Considerations
When using White Label:
- You are responsible for your own privacy policy.
- You must disclose AI interaction where legally required.
- Data processing responsibilities remain governed by your service terms.
- White-label changes the interface, not the underlying data processing model.
