White Label
White Label removes Witzo branding from the customer-facing widget so the experience can align with your own product or website brand.
Availability
White Label is available on the Enterprise plan.
Overview
With White Label enabled, you can personalize the widget to match your company's identity. This includes branding elements such as the visible logo, assistant name, widget colors, and customer-facing text.
Branding Scope
| Element | Can be branded? | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Widget logo | Yes | Use your own square logo asset |
| Assistant name | Yes | Shown in the chat header |
| Theme color | Yes | Match your website or product branding |
| Welcome message | Yes | Keep it concise and on-brand |
| Witzo brand references in the widget | Removed | Hidden in the customer-facing widget |
| Platform infrastructure | No | White Label does not change the underlying service |
| Legal agreements and platform docs | No | These remain Witzo-managed unless separately agreed |
What White Label Does Not Change
White Label customizes the presentation layer only. It does not change:
- backend services
- API endpoints
- data processing workflows
- billing, contractual, or account administration flows
Best Practices
- Use your official company logo.
- Choose colors that align with your brand guidelines.
- Give your assistant a recognizable, human-friendly name.
- Test the widget on desktop and mobile before publishing.
- Make sure your privacy and disclosure language still matches the branded experience.
Legal Considerations
When using White Label:
- you are responsible for any site-level privacy or disclosure language you publish
- you should disclose AI interaction where legally required
- white-labeling the widget does not transfer operational responsibility for the platform itself
