PIP mode provides a compact floating chat experience and improves widget positioning and responsiveness across desktop and mobile devices.
Close and Reopen Behavior

| Once the user closes the widget or Picture-in-Picture window, it will not automatically reopen. |
| Reopening should require user interaction, such as clicking or tapping the widget. |
This behavior exists to respect user intent, prevent intrusive experiences, and comply with browser security policies around user-activation-gated APIs. Most PiP-related APIs can only be triggered while handling a direct user gesture.
